SOLVED - GnuTLS error -12: A TLS fatal alert has been received

Did a VSFTP server setup on Centos and updated the IP tables.

Configured a manual NAT on PFSense and tried to connect using Filezilla.

Got the following Error:

GnuTLS error -12: A TLS fatal alert has been received

Finally was able to fix it by adding  the following line to the VSFTPD.conf file and restarted VSFTPD

ssl_ciphers=HIGH

Filezilla connected perfectly fine.
